Reps. Crank, Strong Announce Creation of the House Golden Dome Caucus

WASHINGTON - Today, Rep. Jeff Crank (CO-05) and Rep. Dale Strong (AL-05) announced the creation of the House Golden Dome Caucus. 

The House Golden Dome Caucus will serve as an educational clearinghouse for Members and staff to engage with civilian and military leadership, industry partners, think tanks, and others in relation to the Golden Dome Initiative. The Caucus will partner will Senator Tim Sheehy's (R-MT) Golden Dome Caucus to maximize cooperation and efficiency. 

"Golden Dome will only be successful if we meet President Trump's timeline," said Rep. Crank. "This means that is imperative that we, Members and stakeholders, are well informed and working together to revolutionize missile defense of our great nation."

"President Trump has artfully highlighted the critical need for a next-generation missile defense shield to protect the U.S. against ballistic, hypersonic, advanced cruise missiles, and other aerial attacks. With nuclear-capable adversaries across the globe, we can’t afford for this vision to not become a reality,” said Rep. Strong. “North Alabama has played a role in every former and current U.S. missile defense program and stands ready once again to meet this urgent need."
