Rep. Crank and VA Secretary Collins Hold Roundtable on Veteran-Related Concerns
COLORADO SPRINGS, C.O. -- Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) and U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins hosted a roundtable at Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center with stakeholders from around the Pikes Peak Region to address veteran-related concerns.
"The Pikes Peak Region is home to over 100,000 veterans, and it is important that the federal government works with state and local stakeholders to ensure our men and women who served receive the best care and benefits they’ve earned," said Rep. Crank. "Today's roundtable at Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center helped shed light on the issues that affect our veterans daily. I'd like to thank Secretary Collins and the Trump Administration for working towards bettering the lives of those who have served."
“Under the leadership of President Trump and alongside dedicated Veteran advocates like Rep. Crank, VA is making major improvements for Veterans in Colorado and across the nation,” said VA Secretary Doug Collins. “We look forward to continuing to work with Rep. Crank to make VA benefits and care better than ever before.”
