WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of S. 2, the Secure America Act, to fully fund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The Secure America Act fully funds ICE and CBP through September 30, 2029, providing a total of $69.5 billion. This funding ensures that ICE and CBP can continue the historic progress they have made under the Trump administration to address the consequences of Democrats’ disastrous open-borders policies.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in the House Armed Services Committee to advance the Fiscal Year (FY) 27 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to the House Floor.

America’s national security is dependent on our ability to produce the capabilities needed to defend our country and deter our adversaries. For decades, the U.S. defense industrial base (DIB) was the envy of the world. But declining investments in defense have significantly weakened the DIB.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of H.R. 1041, The Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act.  

The Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act would prohibit the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from reporting veterans to the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) solely because they have been provided with a fiduciary to help them manage their VA financial benefits.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of H. Res. 1299, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act. 

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act amends the Senate version of the bill and enacts several reforms aimed at expanding the national housing supply and promoting affordability. Some of these reforms include reducing regulatory costs associated with manufactured homes and improving veterans’ access to housing assistance.

The Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill provides a total of $157 billion, which is nearly $4 billion (3%) above the 2026 enacted level. The bill includes critical investments in military infrastructure that support readiness and the military families that utilize them.
