WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of H.R. 3486, the Stop Illegal Entry Act of 2025, which ensures that criminal aliens face harsher consequences for illegally entering the country.
The Stop Illegal Entry Act of 2025 strengthens current law to better deter criminal aliens from entering and reentering the United States. The Act also gives federal officials more tools to prosecute aliens who illegally entered the U.S. under the Biden-Harris Administration.
