WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of The DUMP Red Tape Act and the Small Business Regulatory Reduction Act which both work to protect Main Street America.

The Destroying Unnecessary, Misaligned, and Prohibitive (DUMP) Red Tape Act gives small businesses a direct line to the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Advocacy to report burdensome regulations that are affecting their businesses. 

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Yesterday, as first reported by CBS Colorado, the Colorado Republican House of Representatives Delegation, including Reps. Lauren Boebert (CO-04), Gabe Evans (CO-08), and Jeff Hurd (CO-03), sent a letter to Colorado Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper, urging them to support the clean Continuing Resolution (CR).

WASHINGTON - Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) has released the following statement after voting in favor of the continuing resolution: 

"The passage of today's seven-week continuing resolution funds our government while Congress works towards an agreement for a full year spending plan," said Rep. Crank. "This ensures that crucial services continue, including those for our military and veterans, while protecting the American taxpayer from increases in bureaucratic spending."

WASHINGTON - Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of H.R. 1047, the Grid Power Act. Expediting resources that advance reliability provides grid operators with additional tools to re-balance the grid to keep the lights on at affordable prices for all Americans.
